With this lovely weather, it's hard to stay healthy, because of the lost desire to cook. Yesterday, I spend a lot of time on health-blogs. I think this kind of blogs are so inspiring! Yesterday-evening, I even started running again with my BF. In Den Helder, where my BF lives, are a lot of lovely places to run, so we ran through the woods and through the dunes. I also started eating more healthy! Can't wait to make a salad and enjoy it with a nice glass of wine ;-)! Do you guys have any tips on what to eat in this heat?
