SHAMPOO FROM L'ORÉAL PARIS ELVIVE

The first product is a shampoo from L'oréal Paris Elvive. I have been using Elvive shampoo's non-stop for a year now and I absolutely love their scents. Also, the shampoo's from Elvive make my hair very soft. Elvive has a lot of different kinds of shampoo and I always try another one when I have to buy a new shampoo. The one on the picture above is my favorite kind of shampoo from Elvive. I used it when I was on holiday in Turkey. Mostly when I'm on holiday my hair is a mess. It's dry and looks terrible. Because of this shampoo my hair wasn't dry at all and it was actually very soft! I can't recommend this shampoo enough! The shampoo costs €3,79, but I always buy it when it's on sale.

HAIRSPRAY FROM TAFT

My second favorite hairproduct is actually a product for men. I was out of hairspray and used my boyfriend his gelspray from Taft. My hair stayed in place the whole day! That never happened before. It's also perfect to spray in your hair if your hair gets frizzy during the day. This spray doesn't make your hair heavy, so that's a big plus too! I have never been this satisfied about a hairspray before. You have to try! The hairspray is €4,49 and it's worth every cent ;-).

CHRISTMAS PRESENT TIP: #MEEKI NAILPOLISH BOX

I got to test a new service called Meeki. Too bad, Meeki is only available in the Netherlands. What is Meeki? Meeki is a service that you can subscribe to. You will get 2 nailpolishes in different colors every month on your doormat. Before Meeki will send the nailpolishes to you, they will show you a few outfits and you have to pick your favorite so they can see what styles you are into. When they know what styles you like they will pick 2 colors that fit your style the most. I got a burgundy color and a champagne color. I'm very glad with the colors I got! And I love the concept.

Hoi! Mij is gevraagd of ik het nieuwe concept van Meeki wilde uitproberen. Maar natuurlijk wil ik dat! Ik ben gek op nagellak, dus kom maar op!

The quality of the nailpolish is better than I expected. It's very shiny and one layer is enough. This nailpolish does take longer to dry. The applicator is bigger than I'm used to, but I like it! Today I tested how long the nailpolish stays on my nails. It stays beautiful all day! I even did the dishes and the nailpolish looks fine, especially the champagne colored one. I think the burgundy one is fading faster!

De kwaliteit van de nagellakjes is beter dan ik dacht. De nagellak is lekker glanzend en één laag is voldoende. Het duurt in vergelijking met andere nagellak wel langer voordat de nagellak droogt. De applicator is breder dan ik gewend ben, maar dit bevalt me wel! 
Vandaag heb ik getest hoelang de nagellak mooi blijft. De nagellak blijft gewoon mooi zitten de hele dag. Ik heb zelfs de afwas gedaan en de nagellak zit er nog mooi op. De champagne gekleurde nagellak blijft wel iets beter zitten dan de burgundy gekleurde.

RITUALS ZENSATION

For my birtday a month ago I got my first Rituals-product ever: the Rituals Zensation foaming shower gel in the scent: Organic rice milk & Cherry blossom. I actually really like the clean design of the package. The product itself is also very nice and it smells good. If you are using it, it comes out as a gel and if you are putting it on, it becomes a mousse with a lot of foam! I like!

Een maand geleden was ik jarig en voor mijn verjaardag kreeg ik mijn eerste Rituals-product, namelijk de: Rituals Zensation foaming shower gel in de geur: Organic rice milk & Cherry blossom. Ik vind de verpakking eigenlijk erg leuk, ondanks dat het erg simpel is. Het product zelf is ook erg fijn en het ruikt lekker fris. Het product komt eruit als een gel, maar zodra je jezelf ermee insopt wordt het een soort mousse en komt er erg veel sop vanaf! I like!

When I went to the drugstore last week to buy a new mascara I got this cute Max Factor package for free. Apparently, Max Factor exists for already 100 years. Wow! What is in the package?

About the mascara: I didn't use it yet, because it's a brown/black mascara, and I'm usually more a black mascara kind of girl. However, my sister did try it out and she liked it! I do really like the application brush/comb already.

About the nailpolish: In the last picture you can see me wearing the nailpolish. I really like the color! When applying this nailpolish, you only need one layer and it dries pretty fast, so it's perfect for when you are in a hurry and you just want to polish your nails really fast.

Over de mascara: Ik heb de mascara zelf nog niet gebruikt, omdat het een bruin/zwarte mascara is en ik draag gewoonlijk alleen zwarte mascara. Mijn zusje heeft de mascara al wel gebruikt en zij was tevreden! Het borsteltje/kammetje om de mascara mee aan te brengen bevalt me al wel.

Over de nagellak: In de laatste foto kun je me de nagellak zien dragen. Ik vind de kleur heel mooi! Bij het aanbrengen van deze nagellak heb je maar 1 laagje nodig en hij droogt behoorlijk snel. Perfect dus als je haast hebt en toch even snel je nagels wilt lakken.

REVIEW: L'ORÉAL PARIS ELVIVE KÉRATINE GLAD

I'm stuck in the same hair-routine for like 10 years and I'm getting bored with it. I always wash my hair with Andrelon Zomerblond, because it smells like sunblock (reminds me of summer). Something has changed this month. My sister had bought a new shampoo and conditioner, as you can see above. When I was in the shower and reached out to my familiar Andrelon Zomerblond-shampoo, I suddenly stopped moving. There were 2 new products waiting for me to try them out! The first time I tried this shampoo and conditioner, I was bothered by static hair. When I came out of the shower and let my hair dry naturally the problem of static hair was resolved! Also my hair was amazingly soft and smelled so good! When I woke up the next day I could still smell it. This product is definitely worth a try!

Hello my lovely followers! I'm back from a little blog-break. I'm so busy with school.. I hope I will find some time to blog this week! Today, was the perfect day to finally do my nails again (they looked like shit!). It's a long time ago that I did a french manicure, so I tought let's do it again! I also didn't showed you my new ring from Ebay yet! What do you think? I think it's so cute! Because it's Sunday, I tought this was the perfect day to try the M-function on my Nikon DSLR-camera, because I always shoot my outfitpictures with the auto- function. I actually already think my pictures are better now! This is the first picture I shot with M-function and there are more to come ;-).

CARMEN HOT ROLLER CURLING SET

I have a hot roller curling set for a while now, and I actually never used it. This weekend, I thought was the perfect time for it. I was bored and the weather wasn't that nice, so I got my hot roller set and started! I got the travel-option of the Carmen set. It doesn't take a lot of place and it's easy in use. Perfect for me, because I'm always travelling between my parents's place and my BF's place. I kind of like the result, but I like it in a ponytail even more! What do you think? And have you used hot rollers before?

BEAUTY/19-07-2011: FRENCH MANICURE

I gave my nails a french manicure, so I won't mess them up. My nails are always short, because I tear them off. Okay, that doesn't sounds good at all =). Well, when they look pretty I will not touch it. I want my nails to get longer and then I will get gold Minx nails. You will see!

BEAUTY/02-07-2011: PRETTY PINK

I found an old lipstick I never used before. I love the color, like they say it in Dutch: fel roze! In reality, the color is a little bit darker.
